This 12 class seriecs over 6 weeks includes attendance at every Tuesday Night 6:30pm Lunar Flow Class and a choice or either the Thursday Night 6:30pm or Saturday morning 9:30am Soma Flow Class. Weekly Chakra Class themes are listed below.
Lunar Flow is a grounding pathway of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The end wave of class explores luxurious long holds in inversions, forward fold and hip openers to leave you grounded in your energy and nervous system.
Soma flow is a gentle and slow-motion Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice with a restorative finish. This class is the answer when you need to move as much as you need to rest.
Learn the art of slowing down your breath, relaxing your nervous system and adrenals while awakening the flow of subtle energy through mudra vinyasa, pranayama and movement meditation.
