A special edition of our "slow flow" class to balance the energies of the full moon tugging on the waters of our body. We flow with mindful freedom into the expansive spaces as we embark on a journey of movement as embodied meditation.

Level/Suitability: Open. 
Prior foundational alignment knowledge in key poses of Ashtanga/Iyengar/Hatha Yoga is beneficial in order to take responsibility for your own practice. Anyone that has attended our Beginners Course or has some prior foundational yoga experience is welcome to join. Not suitable for anyone with injuries/conditions causing excessive restricted mobility or chronic pain. If you struggle to get up and down off the floor or step through to a lunge, please try our gentle Soma Flow class first.
