Ready to experience your subtle pranic body? A Tantric approach to the Lunar arts of Hatha Yoga, this class is a Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation experience infused with yogic wisdom and philosophy. A held space for you to find perspective, take a break from the nature of the thinking mind and take a dip in the inviting waters of true self. Part guided and part experiential, specific techniques are guided and then silent space offered for students to have their own experience of Samadhi (blissfulness). Silent meditation will be held for up to 20 minutes at a time making it accessible to all. A crystal bowl, koshi chimes and candles are used for sound & trataka (candle gazing) meditation during this experience.
We recommend bringing anything you need to be comfortable in seated meditation, such as;
- a yoga mat
- a meditation cushion
- a light blanket
- warm socks
- comfortable clothing
Option the lay down or sit in a chair if needed.
