Start the  New Year/decade with a sense of spaciousness and a clean slate in your energetic, emotional and physical body.

In order to find the shift we are seeking first we must rise up to meet a new consciousness. In this 5hr mini-retreat you will explore;

  • 1:00 - 4:00pm, a 3hr Myofascial Release, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra Workshop with Claire Pianta.  This workshop is designed to increase the subtle flow of energy (prana) and information (chitta) to the whole body. Myofascial release (self-administered deep tissue massage using foam rollers and balls) will start the process of release by softening our hard outer muscular shell, accessing the deeper layers of connective tissue and unlocking our body’s emotional storage system. From there breathwork (pranayama) continues to explore new space, flow and freedom helping us to shift into an open and receptive mindstate. We complete the workshop with a 1hr Yoga Nidra (consious sleep/guided meditation) to shift into the 4th state of being. We go beyond the know states of consciousness, sleep and dreaming and into the sublime wide open spaces of body and mind. Visualisation techniques are used throughout Yoga Nidra and not prior meditation experience is required.  You will leave this workshop feeling deeply refreshed, released and rested.
  • 4:00-4:30pm Chai & Raw Treats and some connection time with the other retreat participants.
  • 4:30-6:00pm Yin Yoga & Meditation with Aubrey Wilkins. Your body is prepared and ready to sink into deep release with as much support as you feel you need. 
This retreat is highly reccommended for anyone still hanging onto the stress/challenges of the year . With the arrival of New Moon, now is the time to cleanse and clear out the old and shift consciousness for new seed intentions to be sewn in 2020. This experience is also highly reccommended for anyone tight in physical body who finds Yin Yoga is usually inaccesible or difficult recieve. This workshop will prepare the physical body for a sublime yin yoga experience.
