60 minutes of Yin Yoga and 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra for grounding, a deep stretch and relaxation.
Yin Yoga - Need a long, slow, deep stretch? Allow gravity and time to release layers of connective tissue. Postures are held for 3-6 minutes, using yoga props for support where needed.
Yoga Nidra - Lie down and let go. Deep relaxation through guided visualization and conscious sleep techniques. Benefits include reduced stress/anxiety and deeper sleep.
Level: Open / Beginner accessible / Preganant women welcome to attend, however you will need to sit in a chair or lay on your side instead of your back in yoga nidra.
