This class is being delivered online via Zoom video conferencing.

For ease of online experience please click here to download Zoom ahead of attending your first class and take a moment to become familiar with the basics.
Upon booking you will be emailed a link to join class. This will be sent again as a reminder 20-30min before class.
The class will be open to join 20min before the scheduled class start time.
When you join the virtual studio via Zoom your audio will automatically be muted. The teacher may unmute you to check in before class.
You can choose to have your video on or off.
You are welcome to use the chat feature to connect with the other participants. This is a wonderful way to create a sense of community connection before class.
