Our "slow flow" class; a grounding Vinyasa Flow Yoga class with a Lunar quality of energy. Think chamomile tea not espresso. Find freedom through mindful movement.

Level/Suitability: Open. 
Prior foundational alignment knowledge in key poses of Ashtanga/Iyengar/Hatha Yoga is beneficial in order to take responsibility for your own practice. Anyone that has attended our Beginners Course or has some prior foundational yoga experience is welcome to join. Not suitable for anyone with injuries/conditions causing excessive restricted mobility or chronic pain. If you struggle to get up and down off the floor or step through to a lunge, please try our gentle Soma Flow class first.
