Join us on a journey into the mystery of meditative movement infused with an ethereal soundscape. Experience the spontaneous uprising of Sahaja, an inner-elixir of warm honey movement flowing down the spine. Meander in the creative connection between movement, music and breath.
Claire Pianta (Yoga Teacher) is delighted to offer a new collaboration and immersive experience with a selection of Perth finest Sound Healers. If at any point you feel pulled to sit in meditation or just lay back, relax and enjoy the soundscape, you are more than welcome to do so. We hold space to transport you beyond the physical plane in to the mystical and magical realm of the subtle energy body and beyond.
Sahaja Soundscape is a Tantric approach to Yin Yoga. In the Soma quality of yoga we drink from the elixir of gentle nourishing movement and deep supported release. This is very therapeutic for anyone recovering from exhaustion, burn-out or looking to fill their cup and restore their ojas. Claire's poetic guidance will support your journey beyond the physical into the mystical realm. What a delight to have this experience enhanced by sublime live music and the optional application of doterra essential oils to tune up your energetic frequency.
In ritual practice, this event will be held in a circular mandala around a central altar. Please feel welcome to place your own offering or dedication on the altar.
Yoga mats, blocks and bolsters are provided however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please BYO water bottle, blanket and eye pillow (if you want to use one).
We look forward to co-creating a transformative energetic experience for you all.
Please note, tickets are non-refundable or transferrable to an alternative date. Option to transfer to another guest if you are unable to join us for unforeseen reason.
Please take a moment to review the directions to our sacred space on the
contact page of our website. It is a hidden gem and can be a little tricky to find the first time. We look to taking a deep dive into the sublime with you soon.
