Cacao is a gentle plant medicine which we’ll drink to help you to drop into a deep meditative state and help you connect to your heart centre. During this ceremony you will be guided through a meditation in which you will journey through the medicine wheel while Lisa opens sacred space. Along the way programming your Cacao with intention & gratitude. This will be followed by a multi- instrument Sound Healing, which will help you to flow into a state of surrender, relaxation & healing.
About Lisa...
Lisa is from Perth but currently lives in Esperance. She’s an ex-burned-out lawyer who used Yoga & Meditation to deal with stress and turn her life around. She’s completed her Yoga teacher training, Reiki I & II, Sound Healing Diploma I & II and Shamanic Cacao Ceremony training, and she is honoured to combine her passion for these healing modalities in this offering to you.
