Open your heart to more self-compassion in a mindful movement class focused on awakening the Air Element and Anahata Chakra within your own being. Physical focus is on upper body, heart opening back-bends, shoulder mobility, wrists, neck and twists. This class is included in our 6am challenge and also open to be attended casually.
