Open your roots and connect to the Earth of your body through a grounding mindful movement class focused on awakening the flow of the Earth Element and Muladhara Chakra within your own being. Physical release is focused on hips, hamstrings and feet. This class is included in our 6am challenge and also open to be attended casually.

Music:  We keep our 6am classes silent (no music) so you can move with the sweet sound of your own breath and enjoy a mindful start to the day.
